Ff7 intermission dog12/18/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() You will need to be DLC with Yuffie, as stormeye mentioned before you can do the Weiss boss fight for the double accessory. Free limit breaks are only going to moderately expedite that process. Proper utilization of magic will already instawin most fights and trivialize most boss fights. The other issue is limit breaks are kind of moot for most of the game. You caan totally try it if you want though after DLC since its at the start of the chapter in simulator on hard and once you give up move on to the rest of your hard run lol if you are skilled enough but it would be a considerable challenge for most players. It can be done at lower stats, solo, etc. To put in perspective I never wiped in the game in both normal and hard run, not even once, except for that boss which killed me the first few times in a couple seconds because of its insane dmg and massive aggression until I learned how they intended for you to dodge it as he has specific dodge directional patterns. You also want level 50 as well (aka max level) and your materia maxed out and even then the boss will shred you. You will also, ideally, want maxed weapon levels for slots/stats which requires getting the books for the last few weapon exp. Any other strategy will take significantly more work. You can beat Weiss easily if you have multiple Fury Rings (best magic dmg boosting accessory), built atb/stagger to overdmg and get overdmg high enough with Tifa in phase 1 of the boss, and just burst it down with magic. The one that gives you a single one is easy, though. At that point if you can beat that fight you're going to hilariously rofl stomp the rest of the game regardless of having the accessory or not. The fight that gets you 2 of that accessory is the hardest fight in the game. Was that the order you followed personally? (I'm tempted to get 2 gotterdammerung through that secret battle before go ham on hard mode) A point about this. (you don't have to start from chapter 1 for hard mode) Replay Cloud's chapter 17 in Hard Mode and beat all challenges. So if you REALLY want to do what you are intending to do then you need to do thisģ. The last challenge gets unlocked after completing Yuffie story, as that character never existed in base game (its DLC challenge). Was that the order you followed personally? (I'm tempted to get 2 gotterdammerung through that secret battle before go ham on hard mode) You get 3 total in Cloud side and 2 total in Yuffie side.Ĭloud side gets 1 from first challenge, then 2 more from the last challenge. Finish Yuffie story Normal (unlocks secret battle for Cloud) ![]() If you want to complete all challenges in one continuous playthrough, then you need toĢ. The way Jessie teases Cloud with her unbridled energy is infectious.Originally posted by StormEye:You will likely have to re-learn things in Hard Mode, unless you were playing optimally from the get go. I’ve proclaimed this loudly to you for months to the extent I’ve worried that it’s become annoying. ![]() Light spoilers for some of Final Fantasy VII Remake’s thirstiest moments follow.Ĭorey Plante: I think we need to start with the elephant in the room, which is that even with the original Final Fantasy VII, I was a huge Cloud and Jessie shipper for reasons I don't even understand. To celebrate the game’s launch, Inverse’s two biggest Final Fantasy stans teamed up to discuss. Judging from the chatter surrounding the game on Twitter, we're not the only ones picking up on these frisky vibes. FF7 Remake transports you to a vibrant, anime-inspired world where all the key players are ridiculously hot and very interested in flirting. The boxy polygons from the 1997 original and awkwardly translated dialogue have been replaced by gorgeously rendered animations and top-notch voice acting. Final Fantasy VII Remake is a massive nostalgia bomb for millions of gamers out there - and it’s also a total thirst trap. ![]()
